RESUMEN: El propósito de esta monografía fue describir las características de la supervisión clínica en psicoterapia a través de la estrategia metodológica del estado del arte. De esta manera, se recogieron 102 documentos en diferentes formatos en una matriz bibliográfica y se realizó un análisis categorial de la muestra documental. Los resultados se ordenaron en cinco categorías que daban cuenta de las definiciones de la supervisión clínica, su objetivo y sus funciones, los agentes que participan en ella, los escenarios, las modalidades, los modelos y algunos efectos de la práctica de la supervisión. Esto permitió concluir que la lógica interna de la supervisión clínica está definida por sus funciones y que es un dispositivo que se puede poner en juego tanto en escenarios académicos como independientes, aunque en Colombia su escenario predilecto es la universidad como institución encargada de la formación de psicólogos. En ese orden de ideas, la supervisión clínica en esos contextos tiene en cuenta los recursos, actividades y productos que documentan el proceso de formación en psicoterapia y paralelamente, involucra un ejercicio ético que articula la teoría con la práctica a partir de la reflexión continua. |

In this way, 102 documents in various formats were collected in a bibliographic matrix and categorical analysis of the documentary sample was carried out. The results were ordered into five categories that gave an account of the definitions of clinical supervision, its objective and functions, the agents that participate in it, the scenarios in which it can be detected, the modalities in which it can be carried out, the models from which it can be comprehended and some effects of the practice of supervision. This allowed us to conclude the internal logic of clinical supervision is defined by its functions and that it is a device that can be put into play in both academic and independent settings, although in Colombia its preferred setting is the university as the institution in charge of training psychologists.
