En resumen, este artículo destaca la relevancia crítica del apoyo psicológico durante la IVE, abogando por la comprensión integral de las implicaciones emocionales y abordando la eliminación de barreras de acceso para asegurar una atención sensible a las necesidades psicológicas. |

In addition, the possible psychological consequences before, during, and after a voluntary abortion are examined focusing on understanding the subjective experiences of those who have undergone this procedure. Attention is also directed to the psychological implications linked to access barriers for the procedure, underlining the importance of overcoming obstacles to guarantee equitable and barrier-free access, considering the emotional repercussions associated with limitations in access.
