To achieve the project's objective, it was structured to be developed simultaneously with the Valquiria and Meadaivú missions. A baseline for system performance and functionality was also established, which allows systematic and continuous monitoring of its evolution throughout future missions. As it is a scalable platform, it is intended to make it more robust with new functionalities in future phases. The implementation of AI in HAdEES-C during Phase 1 optimized habitat operations, established a framework for continuous improvement, and laid the groundwork for future integrations, reinforcing HAdEES-C as a testbed for innovative space research.

La IA es una de las tecnologías que actualmente se están investigando y aplicando en misiones espaciales a través de sistemas expertos, asistentes inteligentes, modelos generativos para la resolución de problemas, compañeros de apoyo psicológico y herramientas de análisis de datos. Estas tecnologías tienen como objetivo mejorar la seguridad y la eficiencia de las misiones tripuladas. Las estaciones análogas como HAdEES-C ofrecen entornos controlados para probar y validar sistemas de IA adaptados a las necesidades de las misiones. La Fase 1 consiste en crear un asistente basado en la nube que proporcione a la tripulación acceso inmediato a información sobre el hábitat, pero su componente principal es la caracterización de las necesidades de la tripulación y la identificación de puntos de integración de sistemas para comprender las áreas clave en las que la IA puede aportar valor al hábitat. Para lograr el objetivo del proyecto, se estructuró para que se desarrollara simultáneamente con las misiones Valquiria y Meadaivú. Además, se estableció una línea base del rendimiento y la funcionalidad del sistema, lo que permite un seguimiento sistemático y continuo de su evolución a lo largo de futuras misiones. Al tratarse de una plataforma escalable, se pretende hacerla más robusta con nuevas funcionalidades en fases posteriores.
