description RESUMEN: La presente sistematización busca reconocer y dilucidar la presencia institucional de la Fundación Huellas a través de la biblioteca Popular Manantiales ubicada en la Vereda Granizal sector Manantiales del municipio de Bello, recuperando su transitar histórico entre los años 2010-2016 y reconociendo las potencialidades y aspectos claves que han incidido en su transitar, para a partir de estos, identificar criterios para la potenciación y fortalecimiento de la práctica. Esta investigación recopila la historia a través de un ejercicio riguroso de recolección de información que busca reconstruir las vivencias e hitos que han caracterizado la presencia de La Fundación y el impacto que ha tenido en el territorio además, toma, como elemento fundamental la voz de los sujetos que han hecho parte de su historia, y de quienes le han dado sentido a la práctica. Incluye relatos de las familias, de los niños y niñas y de los voluntarios que narran cómo se construyó La Biblioteca en su estructura física, pedagógica y metodológica. De acuerdo a lo anterior, se pudo identificar que la potencialidad de la Fundación Huellas se encuentra en lo metodológico, lo pedagógico y en los sujetos, siendo estos aspectos transversales que han incidido directamente en la consolidación y la acción fortalecida y perdurable de la Biblioteca Popular Manantiales.

This research compiles the story through a rigorous information gathering exercise that seeks to reconstruct the experiences and milestones that have characterized the presence of The Foundation and the impact that it has had on the territory. It also takes as a fundamental element the voice of the subjects that have been part of its history, and those who have given meaning to the practice. It includes stories of families, children and volunteers who tell how the Library was built in its physical, pedagogical and methodological structure.
