RESUMEN: Este trabajo fue el resultado del interés desarrollado a lo largo de la carrera con respecto a la literatura y cómo esta puede ser una fuente de apoyo fiable al ser usada bajo la respectiva lupa del oficio de hacer historia, en cuanto a cómo se puede aplicar, este mismo trabajo hace cuenta de cómo la literatura representa y permite obtener un panorama ampliado de la historia de la ciudad como se hizo precisamente en el siguiente contenido, las representaciones fueron examinadas por medio de los análisis de diversos autores y contrastadas con fuentes de época para así llegar a tener panoramas completos de diversos elementos enmarcados en el vivir diario de las personas en determinados lugares y épocas. La Nueva Historia Cultural alimenta el espíritu investigativo de los fenómenos sociales y sus desarrollos, y precisamente bajo este ímpetu es que se examina y apoya el uso de la literatura bajo las formas de novela, cuento, poesía de diversos autores cuyas vidas y obras bien tienen plasmados parte de sus pensamientos, diario vivir y sentimientos con respecto a esa urbe que empezaba a formarse. Luego de ahondar en los aspectos teórico-conceptuales, se podrá apreciar la relación que se hace del uso de fuentes historiográficas como archivos y fotografías con relatos, y fragmentos que estos escritores nos comparten en sus obras, elementos como la Ciudad y los Mendigos unen de grata manera ese contraste que buscaba, la forma literaria de ejemplificar, de mostrar, y lo que la historia en los archivos dice acerca del tema. |

The New Cultural History feeds the investigative spirit of social phenomena and their developments, and it is precisely under this impetus that the use of literature is examined and supported under the forms of novels, short stories, poetry of various authors whose lives and works have well captured part of their thoughts, daily life and feelings with respect to that city that was beginning to be formed.
