Con base en mi experiencia durante la práctica y después de realizar una serie de entrevistas a actores clave, encuentro una representación política con carencias, por dos razones estructurales (no siendo las únicas), la primera corresponde a la forma como se eligen a los integrantes del CTP y la segunda a las falencias que posee la participación ciudadana en el Municipio de Itagüí. |
