RESUMEN : En el presente trabajo se expone como idea para el informe final que partirá de la realización de la practica académica en el área de Desarrollo de Producto en la empresa Crystal S.A.S; se evalúa el proceso de llenado del formato de una Trim Card del área de insumos en la línea de exportación de la empresa. Gracias a esto se logra identificar las diferentes herramientas y procesos realizados por los Desarrolladores de Insumos. Identificando uno de los principales problemas asociados al cargo, el cual consiste una tarea manual que aborda mucho tiempo de la jornada laboral de dichos desarrolladores, el proceso consiste en llenar una tarjeta con la información del insumo, repetidamente para diferentes destinatarios. Para abordar el problema planteado se establece una metodología dividida en cinco etapas: La primera es la búsqueda de información que consiste en la recolección de datos respecto como se realiza la tarea actual, la segunda etapa es la construcción de una herramienta que permitirá automatizar parte del proceso, la tercera etapa consiste en validar la herramienta mediante tiempos y costos. Por último, se entregan los resultados finales y se presentan las comparaciones una vez implementada la herramienta. |

Thanks to this, it is possible to identify the different tools and processes carried out by the input developers. Identifying one of the main problems associated with the position, which consists of a manual task that takes up much of the developers' working day, the process consists of filling out a card with the input information, repeatedly for different recipients. In order to address the problem posed, a methodology divided into five stages is established: The first is the search for information that consists of collecting data regarding how the current task is performed; the second stage is the construction of a tool that will allow automating part of the process; The third stage consists of validating the tool by means of times and costs.
