RESUMEN: La guerra en Ucrania, que inicia en el año 2022 producto de una complejidad de sucesos, ha merecido el análisis y atención de todas las comunidades del conocimiento alrededor del mundo. La forma en la que particularmente se ha desarrollado este conflicto a gran escala en el mundo moderno globalizado ha desatado toda clase de acciones a nivel mundial y local, que incluyen, inicialmente en su territorio, la declaración, el estatuto de Ley Marcial, que además de centralizar el poder, sirve como soporte a las decisiones que se toman en torno a las instituciones con motivo del conflicto. El objeto principal de esta investigación ha consistido en analizar el concepto de Documento de Archivo en el contexto mencionado y su impacto con la declaración de la Ley Marcial, ya que, dada su implementación, han emergido otras formas de gestionar la información en este territorio con el propósito de no poner en riesgo la seguridad nacional que entre otras, ha permitido disuadir por los resultados, sobre la vulnerabilidad y los significados que orientan a este concepto. Para esta investigación de enfoque cualitativo se usó el método de investigación documental e instrumentos como la matriz documental y la matriz de consistencia. Así mismo, se exploraron los alcances de la aplicación de la Ley Marcial relacionando sus posibles impactos en la concepción del Documento de Archivo contrastando los resultados con el posestructuralismo y la filosofía de la información. |

The way in which particularly this large-scale conflict has developed in the modern globalized world has unleashed all kinds of actions at the global and local level, which initially include in its territory, the declaration of the Martial Law status, which in addition to centralizing power, serves as a support for the decisions that are taken around the institutions due to the conflict. The main purpose of this research has been to analyze the concept of Archival Document in the mentioned context and its impact with the declaration of the Martial Law, since, given its implementation, other ways of managing the information in this territory have emerged with the purpose of not putting at risk the national security that among others, has allowed to dissuade by the results, on the vulnerability and the meanings that guide this concept. For this qualitative approach research, the documentary research method, and instruments such as the documentary matrix and the consistency matrix were used.
