Obtenemos las expresiones para la tangente del ángulo de Kerr en cada uno de los casos, polar y ecuatorial. Se muestra que el efecto magneto-óptico en el caso ecuatorial es dos órdenes de magnitud inferior al mismo efecto en el caso polar.
