RESUMEN: En esta semilla denominada “fortalecimiento de la identidad propia en la familia, por medio del tul nasa- huerta tradicional en el marco de la soberanía alimentaria.”, se pretende apropiar las prácticas culturales asociadas a la siembra del tul Nasa, de esta manera fortalecer la identidad en la familia, para ello se utilizó la metodología del paradigma ancestral o indígena de investigación y a través del enfoque decolonial, el cual rescata los valores y conocimientos tradicionales que han empleado los mayores y mayoras a través de los años. En el caminar de la semilla con la familia se logró fortalecer las huertas tul Nasa, que se estaba debilitando debido al contexto actual del desarraigo cultural, al introducir cultivos externos que han despojado la siembra de semillas propias, esto ha generado una economía inversa comprando lo que se podría sembrar en el tul Nasa, dejando olvidado la sana alimentación, lo anterior nos llevó a pensar en hacer conciencia desde el yo, familia, comunidad, en el rescate y siembra de semillas propias teniendo en cuenta los cuidados culturales ancestrales, para el respeto con Uma Kiwe (Madre Tierra), para unas futuras cosecha de la sana alimentación, en este caminar se logró recordad la identidad propia que se está olvidando en las familias. |
