Para este fin, se hace inicialmente una ubicación espacio temporal del proyecto, permitiendo al lector contextualizarse con la problematización y el estado de la cuestión identificando los vacíos de investigación realizados en los últimos años acerca de megaproyectos desde un punto de vista sociológico; en una segunda instancia, se hace una reconstrucción de la idea de túnel de oriente, esto siendo un apartado descriptivo de la mera idea y como fue apareciendo a través de la prensa desde los años 60; el tercer capítulo se divide a su vez en tres subcapítulos, dando cuenta de: I) La lógica hegemónica en la planificación del territorio; II) La lógica comunitaria o contra hegemónica en la construcción del territorio; III) El proceso comunitario con los megaproyectos de la vereda Yarumal. |

For this matter, a spatial-temporal location of the project is initially made allowing the reader to contextualize himself with the problematization and the state of the issue by identifying the research gaps carried out in recent years about mega projects from a sociological point of view. In a second instance, a reconstruction of the idea of Túnel de Oriente is made, this being a descriptive section of the mere idea and how started appearing through the press since the 60s.
