RESUMEN: A partir de la lectura que realiza Deleuze de Spinoza, se brindan elementos que fundamentan la idea de una identidad histórica del maestro en el cuidado o la inquietud de sí. Se explicita como la existencia de la identidad del maestro, su afirmación en un saber que pervive hasta hoy, el "saber de sí" o "cuidado de sí" (Foucault, M. 2009), es susceptible de rastrear haciendo uso de algunas ideas expuestas por Deleuze a través de Spinoza, ideas referidas al conatus. En detalle, se muestra como el perseverar en el ser, el conatus spinoziano, es equivalente a una idea de identidad, y cómo dicha identidad, es atravesada y condicionada por una ética inmanente a la existencia de los individuos. En esta vía, hay identidad, pero no toda identidad es benéfica para un individuo o una sociedad, sólo aquella que responde a un trabajo de sí, esto en el segundo y tercer género de conocimiento spinoziano. |

It is explained how the existence of the teacher's identity, its affirmation in a knowledge that survives until today, the "knowing of itself" or "caring for itself" (Foucault, M. 2009), is susceptible of being tracked using some ideas put forward by Deleuze through Spinoza, ideas related to the conatus. In detail, it is shown how persevering in being, the spinozian conatus, can be thought of as an identity key, and how said identity is traversed and conditioned by an ethic immanent to the existence of individuals.
