RESUMEN: El presente artículo, narra la experiencia de creación de un emprendimiento cultural como trabajo de grado y práctica académica para optar por el título de profesional en Gestión Cultural de la Universidad de Antioquia. Así pues, en esta, se originó el emprendimiento cultural Andiversos, el cual está encargado de la promoción, difusión y potenciamiento de las actividades de emprendimiento cultural que se desarrollan en el municipio de Andes. Lo anterior, responde a la necesidad de organización y visibilización del sector cultural del municipio, la cual se relaciona con los campos y el quehacer de la Gestión Cultural de la promoción, difusión y apropiación de la cultura. La propuesta pretende intervenir la necesidad identificada, a través de tres (3) líneas de acción: ecosistema de emprendimientos culturales, espacio de asesorías y acompañamiento a los emprendimientos y proyectos y eventos de promoción y difusión de las iniciativas. Cabe mencionar que, dicho proceso creativo fue ejecutado paralelamente con la formación obtenida en los cursos dictados en el pregrado, siendo fundamental el componente de legislación y administración cultural para la generación de la idea principal del proyecto y las herramientas teórico-prácticas necesarias para el buen funcionamiento de la iniciativa. En este sentido, a través de la elaboración de una prueba piloto se contrastaron los resultados esperados del emprendimiento con la reacción real del mercado ante la propuesta realizada, trayendo consigo reflexiones en cuanto a su viabilidad, aplicabilidad y relevancia en cuanto al quehacer del gestor cultural planteado inicialmente. |

Thus, the Andiversos cultural enterprise was created, which is in charge of promoting, disseminating and enhancing cultural entrepreneurship activities that take place in Andes. The foregoing responds to the need for organization and visibility of the cultural sector of the people, which is related to the fields of cultural management of promotion, dissemination and appropriation of culture. The proposal intends to intervene in the identified need, through three (3) lines of action: ecosystem of cultural undertakings, consultancy space and accompaniment to undertakings and projects and events to promote and disseminate the initiatives. Additionally, the creative process was executed in parallel with the training obtained in the courses given in the degree, the cultural legislation and administration component being fundamental for the generation of the main idea of the project and the theoretical-practical tools necessary for the initiative.
