Primero la caracterización con información socio-demográfica y la percepción del proyecto, los cambios en su modelo de negocio, las apreciaciones sobre la operación del mismo, los retos, oportunidades y recomendaciones desprendidos de dicha intervención. A partir de las ideas, hechos, dificultades y deseos de los actores dentro del desarrollo del proyecto se construyó una herramienta de análisis estratégico con el fin de identificar los factores de éxito, pero también oportunidades de mejora para futuras versiones que permita solucionar más problemas atacando las causas estructurales. |

First, the characterization with socio-demographic information and the perception of the project, the changes in its business model, the appraisals about its operation, the challenges, opportunities and recommendations arising from said intervention.
