Como metodología se utilizó el método PRISMA para la revisión sistemática de 50 artículos de investigación relacionados con la temática, los cuales fueron buscados en bases de datos de producción académica, como Dialnet, EBSCO, Science direct, Google Académico y Scielo, entre otros. Los resultados mostraron que existen diferentes variables que influyen en la vida universitaria de los jóvenes, afecta sus emociones, su bienestar psicológico y muchas veces llega a evidenciarse en las formas de comportamiento y en su aspecto físico. |
