RESUMEN: El informe representa un análisis exhaustivo y reflexivo de la práctica profesional desarrollada en la Secretaría de las Mujeres de la Alcaldía de Medellín, dirigida a fortalecer el Sistema Distrital de Cuidados (SDC) y promover el reconocimiento de las labores domésticas y de cuidado como trabajo. Comenzando con una contextualización detallada del entorno socioeconómico y político de Medellín, se abordan los antecedentes normativos relacionados con el género y los cuidados. Luego, se presenta una fundamentación teórica que respalda los objetivos del proyecto, centrados en el apoyo a encuentros con grupos clave y el análisis de información para identificar patrones y desigualdades en la carga de trabajo no remunerado. La implementación se enfoca en el acompañamiento a los encuentros y la organización de información relevante, seguida por un análisis detallado de los datos recopilados. Finalmente, se evalúan los resultados obtenidos para identificar áreas de éxito y oportunidades de mejora, con el propósito de fortalecer el trabajo realizado y contribuir al avance de los derechos de las mujeres en Medellín. |

Starting with a detailed contextualization of the socioeconomic and political environment of Medellín, the normative background related to gender and caregiving is addressed. Then, a theoretical foundation supporting the project's objectives is presented, focusing on supporting meetings with key groups and analyzing information to identify patterns and inequalities in unpaid work. Implementation focuses on supporting meetings and organizing relevant information, followed by a detailed analysis of the collected data.
