Además, busca relacionar la intencionalidad de las prácticas del terror con los contextos en que se llevan a cabo: el caso de la masacre de El Salado y Bahía Portete para ser precisos, a través de la noción de Trauma Cultural. El abonado terreno colombiano, la planeación estadounidense aunada con otros esfuerzos internacionales, más el aporte de las ciencias sociales, hacen de la contrainsurgencia una doctrina poderosa con elementos y armas en constante evolución. |

In addition, seeks to relate the intentionality of terror practices with the contexts in which they are carried out, the case of the massacre of El Salado and Bahía Portete to be precise, through the notion of Cultural Trauma.
