Estas abarcan aspectos funcionales y arquitectónicos, se trabajó en colaboración con el equipo del proyecto para identificar áreas de oportunidad y proponer soluciones innovadoras. Se tomó como referencia investigaciones previas, análisis de mercado y retroalimentación de los clientes y desarrolladores. Se buscó la flexibilidad y adaptabilidad de las propuestas para aplicarlas en diferentes proyectos y satisfacer necesidades específicas. Se hizo uso de la metodología SCRUM, junto con herramientas a la vanguardia de la tecnología web tales como Javascript, React y google cloud functions. Implementadas estas mejoras se obtuvieron resultados significativos, que impactaron de manera positiva la experiencia del usuario en el e-commerce. Adicional a las mejoras realizadas se plantearon nuevas funcionalidades que puedan ser implementadas en un futuro, así mejorando la experiencia tanto del cliente como del usuario final. El impacto logrado con las diferentes implementaciones reflejó gran satisfacción por parte de los usuarios y de la empresa. |

These include functional and architectural aspects, and we worked in collaboration with the project team to identify areas of opportunity and propose innovative solutions. Previous research, market analysis, and feedback from clients and developers were used as references. The flexibility and adaptability of the proposals weresought in order to apply them to different projects and meet specific needs. The SCRUM methodology was used, along with tools at the forefrontof web technology suchas Javascript, React and Google Cloud Functions. Once these improvements were implemented, significant results were obtained, which positively impacted theuser experienceine-commerce. In addition to the improvements made, new functionalities were proposed that can be implemented in the future, thus improving the experience of both the customer and the enduser.
