RESUMEN: Empresas Públicas de Apartadó (Empapa) enfrenta problemas en la gestión documental debido a la desorganización de sus archivos, lo que afecta la eficiencia administrativa, la transparencia y el cumplimiento normativo. La falta de un archivista y recursos específicos ha incrementado el riesgo de pérdida de información, deterioro físico y problemas legales. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la gestión documental mediante un diagnóstico integral y la organización de cinco metros lineales de la serie de contratos, cumpliendo con normativas como la Ley 594 de 2000 y el Decreto 1080 de 2015. Se busca identificar deficiencias, proponer estrategias de mejora y garantizar la adecuada conservación de los documentos. - Diagnóstico: identificación de fortalezas y debilidades. - Organización: clasificación y ordenación siguiendo principios archivísticos y descripción detallada - Resultados esperados - Archivo de contratos de las dependencias, tesorería, comercio y coordinación operativo. accesible y organizado. - Informe diagnóstico y recomendaciones - El proyecto garantizará la transparencia, conservación y accesibilidad de la información en Empapa, optimizando sus procesos archivísticos. |

The lack of an archivist and specific resources has increased the risk of information loss, physical deterioration, and legal problems. The main objective of this project is to improve document management through a comprehensive diagnosis and the organization of five linear meters of the contract series, complying with regulations such as Law 594 of 2000 and Decree 1080 of 2015. It seeks to identify deficiencies, propose improvement strategies and ensure the proper preservation of documents. Methodology A qualitative approach will be applied in three stages: 1. Regulatory review: analysis of laws and internal procedures. 2. Diagnosis: identification of strengths and weaknesses. 3. Organization: classification and arrangement following archival principles and detailed description Expected results. - Accessible and organized contract files. - Diagnostic report with proposals for improvement. - Sensitization of civil servants through informative materials.
