RESUMEN: La presente investigación surgió de la observación de una realidad escolar en la cual los estudiantes, presentaban poco conocimiento y valoración del patrimonio cultural local, además los estudiantes mostraban apatía y poco interés hacia lo autóctono. Esta situación se veía reflejada en la poca participación que tenían los estudiantes en los eventos culturales programados anualmente. Fue así como se propuso evaluar el impacto del uso del arte como estrategia pedagógica para el reconocimiento y la valoración del patrimonio cultural Altosinuano en los estudiantes del grado 9° del colegio Domingo Faustino Sarmiento “DOFASA” en el Municipio de Tierralta, Córdoba, en los años 2018 al 2020, para fortalecer la identidad cultural. Teniendo en cuenta el objetivo del estudio, se decidió seguir una metodología (I.A.P) con enfoque cualitativo. Así, la realización del estudio permitió verificar y contrastar los resultados del antes y después mediante instrumentos de análisis que iban desde una prueba diagnóstica tipo test, hasta un registro anecdótico. En este sentido, la investigación permitió concluir que la utilización de la estrategia pedagógica, favorece la valoración y el reconocimiento del patrimonio cultural local y además desarrolla en los estudiantes otras habilidades y destrezas, en la medida en que mejoran su capacidad estética, los motiva hacia la reflexión y la crítica del contexto. |

This situation was reflected in the little participation that students had in the cultural events scheduled annually. This is how it was proposed to evaluate the impact of the use of art as a pedagogical strategy for the recognition and valuation of the Altosinuano cultural heritage in the 9th grade students of the Domingo Faustino Sarmiento “DOFASA” school in the Municipality of Tierralta - Córdoba, in the years 2018 to 2020 to strengthen cultural identity. Taking into account the objective of the study, it was decided to follow a methodology (I.A.P) with a qualitative approach. Thus, conducting the study allowed the before and after results to be verified and contrasted by means of analysis instruments that ranged from a test-type diagnostic test to an anecdotal record.
