RESUMEN : Este informe detalla las prácticas académicas de aseguramiento de calidad (QA) en el sistema CBS (Convergent Billing System) de Huawei, orientadas a velar por la mejora y el mantenimiento de la calidad de nuevas funcionalidades y cambios en el software, validando su cumplimiento con los requerimientos del cliente. Para lograr este objetivo, se implementaron pruebas funcionales en distintos entornos, enfocadas en testeo manual en procesos críticos, minimizando los riesgos de error humano. Como resultado, se identificaron y corrigieron incidencias en fases tempranas del desarrollo, mejorando la estabilidad del sistema. Asimismo, se desarrolló un proyecto de automatización para visualizar la información en un dashboard actualizado dinámicamente, optimizando así la gestión de datos clave. Finalmente, se concluyó que el enfoque de pruebas manuales, junto con esta automatización específica, elevó la calidad del software y promovió un aprendizaje continuo dentro del equipo, fortaleciendo las prácticas de QA para futuras implementaciones en CBS. |

To achieve this goal, functional tests were conducted across various environments, primarily focusing on manual testing for critical processes to minimize human error risks. As a result, issues were identified and resolved in early development phases, enhancing system stability. Additionally, an automation project was developed to visualize information in a dynamically updated dashboard, optimizing the management of key data.
