RESUMEN: El juego es la forma más espontánea de expresión que tiene el niño, es su forma más natural de actuar y de conectarse con el mundo. En cualquier lugar, cultura o sociedad, los niños siempre van a jugar. Por consiguiente, éste es usado en la clínica infantil como método de trabajo. En la psicoterapia infantil siempre se ofrece a los niños la posibilidad de jugar, que no es jugar por jugar, sino que es una forma que facilita al niño expresar aquello que le causa malestar y que no puede decir mediante las palabras. El juego sirve para representar simbólicamente el mundo interno del niño; que el niño juegue tiene un fin terapéutico en la psicoterapia. El presente trabajo de grado busca entender el juego a través de la experiencia que han tenido los psicoterapeutas infantiles, qué lugar ocupa este método en la psicoterapia infantil. Indaga cómo lo percibe el psicoterapeuta y qué se necesita para hacer uso de este método en el quehacer terapéutico. Esta investigación fue construida con un enfoque cualitativo, en busca de comprensiones sobre el fenómeno del juego, desde la perspectiva y experiencia particular de los psicoterapeutas participantes. Para este objetivo se usó el instrumento de entrevista semiestructurada y, tras su análisis, se aportan los hallazgos más relevantes los cuales, contrastados con la revisión documental, nos permiten extraer categorías importantes para la comprensión del fenómeno. Todo el trabajo se apoya en el marco teórico de la psicología dinámica, la psicología psicoanalítica y del psicoanálisis. |

This research was built with a qualitative approach, in search of understandings about the phenomenon of gambling, from the perspective and particular experience of psychotherapists participants. For this objective, the semi-structured interview instrument was used and, after its analysis, the most relevant findings are provided which, contrasted with the review documentary, allow us to extract important categories for understanding the phenomenon.
