Tuberculosis cutánea (Escrofuloderma)
RESUMEN: Se presenta un caso de escrofuloderma en un hombre de 65 años de edad, con nódulos infiltrados, úlceras y fístulas en región inguinal y perineal. Los hallazgos clínicos e histopatológicos fueron confirmados aislando el Mycobacterium tuberculosis en cultivo. Se revisa la literatura.
