RESUMEN : Esta monografía investiga la integración de la pedagogía teatral como herramienta para fortalecer el desarrollo de la autonomía en niños y niñas de 5 y 6 años en el colegio Cosmo Schools. A través de una propuesta didáctica con actividades lúdicas, expresión corporal, improvisación y creación colectiva, se busca comprender cómo estas experiencias promueven el desarrollo personal, social y emocional de los estudiantes. En el primer apartado, se contextualiza la práctica pedagógica, se plantean las motivaciones e inquietudes iniciales sobre el fortalecimiento de la autonomía desde la primera infancia y los desafíos observados en el grado transición. El marco teórico aborda conceptos clave como pedagogía teatral, autonomía, pautas y prácticas de crianza. Se resalta el papel del arte y el teatro en el desarrollo integral, los fundamentos de la autonomía moral e intelectual, y las implicaciones de los estilos parentales en su construcción. La ruta metodológica se basa en el paradigma cualitativo y la investigación-acción, utilizando técnicas como observación participante, registros documentales, diarios pedagógicos, registros audiovisuales y talleres. El análisis de datos sigue la metodología de Sampieri y colaboradores. Finalmente, se presentan los hallazgos y conclusiones, destacando el impacto positivo de la pedagogía teatral en el fortalecimiento de la autonomía, comunicación, confianza, habilidades sociales y emocionales de los niños participantes. |

Through a didactic proposal with playful activities, body expression, improvisation and collective creation, we seek to understand how these experiences promote the personal, social and emotional development of students. In the first section, the pedagogical practice is contextualized, the initial motivations and concerns about strengthening autonomy from early childhood and the challenges observed in the transition grade are raised. The theoretical framework addresses key concepts such as theatrical pedagogy, autonomy, parenting guidelines and practices. The role of art and theater in comprehensive development, the foundations of moral and intellectual autonomy, and the implications of parenting styles in its construction are highlighted. The methodological route is based on the qualitative paradigm and action research, using techniques such as participant observation, documentary records, pedagogical diaries, audiovisual records and workshops. Data analysis follows the methodology of Sampieri et al.
