Teóricamente, se examinarán la perspectiva de las políticas públicas con los enfoques de derechos, interseccionalidad, género y territorio para analizar las medidas adoptadas por el gobierno como respuesta a los desafíos planteados por los nuevos flujos migratorios. Metodológicamente se combina el enfoque cualitativo con el estudio de caso a través de entrevistas, grupo focal y análisis de bases de datos. |
