RESUMEN: Los servicios editoriales para las comunidades académicas se han prestado desde la existencia misma de la educación superior, desde que la imprenta se vinculó a los procesos de producción académica. Si bien las instituciones educativas de nivel superior, generalmente, cuentan con sus propias áreas editoriales, también es cierto que estas sirven principalmente al propósito de la comunicación científica en niveles de investigación docente. Actualmente no se cuenta con un servicio editorial dedicado al acompañamiento investigativo para la comunidad universitaria en su totalidad. Especialmente para los estudiantes que tienen menos experiencia en esta labor se complica el proceso de producción textual en la universidad. Sin embargo, el acompañamiento para tareas como la selección de fuentes, la descarga de artículos, la diagramación y la corrección de estilo es de gran interés para las personas que requieren producir y publicar contenido académico. Por lo anterior, se identifica la oportunidad de crear un emprendimiento para prestar servicios editoriales a la comunidad antes mencionada, de tipo: revisión de fuentes de información, corrección de estilo, aplicación de normas de citación, publicación de textos, diagramación, gestión de información, gestión de redes sociales académicas, entre otros. |

Although higher education institutions generally have their own editorial areas, it is also true that these mainly serve the purpose of scientific communication at teaching research levels. Currently there is no editorial service dedicated to research support for the university community. Especially for students who have less experience in this work, the process of textual production at the university is complicated. However, support for tasks such as selecting sources, downloading articles, layout and style correction are of great interest to people who need to produce and publish academic content.
