Se recorren, con detenimiento, los momentos de dispersión de la formación y la comprensión, para formular un dispositivo capaz de producir, interpretar e interactuar con los sentidos y significados de la formación de maestros. Se presentan las características del dispositivo, así como su relación con los conceptos articuladores, patrimonio del pensamiento pedagógico universal. El artículo concluye con la presentación de una propuesta para la autogestión del campo aplicado en las Escuelas Normales Superiores.

El artículo concluye con la presentación de una propuesta para la autogestión del campo aplicado en las Escuelas Normales Superiores.ABSTRACT: In the conjunction of the contribution from the history of the pedagogical practices and the productions on the intellectual educative arena, the author places the specific elements of teacher training. The moments of dispersion on the formation and comprehension are studied in detail to formulate a mechanism in order to produce, interpret and interact with the senses and meanings on teacher's formation. The characteristics of the mechanism as well as its relationship with the articulative concepts, the heritage of the universal pedagogical thought are presented.
