RESUMEN : El presente escrito es el resultado de un trabajo realizado con diferentes maestros de una institución pública y una privada, ambas ubicadas en la ciudad de Medellín. Este ejercicio pretendía indagar los usos que se le han otorgado al término Bullying en el ámbito educativo y cómo los discursos de los maestros se acercan o se distancian de lo que postulan los diferentes teóricos que se han encargado de estudiar este fenómeno. Esto posibilitó, hacer un acercamiento al saber que los docentes han construido a partir de sus prácticas y así identificar qué concepciones tienen acerca del Bullying, y si es factible para ellos diferenciar, si lo que se presenta es un problema de convivencia, una confrontación entre pares o si en realidad se trata de un caso de acoso escolar. De esta manera se espera vislumbrar cuál es el acompañamiento que se hace y si es pertinente para lograr interpretar o comprender estas situaciones que se presentan en la escuela y demás escenarios educativos. A partir de las conversaciones realizadas se logró identificar que los y las maestras si bien tenían preocupación por resolver las diferentes situaciones conflictivas que surgían en la escuela, algunos no tenían claridad frente a lo que significa el fenómeno del Bullying en la actualidad, ni sobre el qué hacer con aquellas situaciones que requerían prestar atención. |
