| Summary: | ABSTRACT: New contents for land management regulations are proposed when facing new requests from contemporary societies. Land management can be considered a social and political process, highly strategic and dynamic in time and diverse in context. This consideration appears as a response to the potential gaps left the its partial implementation in Colombia, which has been focused mainly in the physical context of the territory. In doing so, new approaches for public policy emerges to which the stakeholders building capacity are at central stake and a challenge for social sciences and geography. |
