RESUMEN: El presente estudio es una revisión teórica que buscó responder a la pregunta sobre ¿Cómo se dan las relaciones entre conductas adictivas y los procesos identificatorios en la adolescencia? Para ello se buscó comprender la adicción analizando los procesos de identificación, dando lugar a tres apartados: la adolescencia desde una perspectiva psicodinámica; prevalencia del uso y abuso de sustancias psicoactivas en adolescentes; e identificaciones y conductas adictivas. Se abordó la manera como dichas conductas adictivas están estrechamente relacionadas con el entorno social y de relaciones de identificación entre pares. En este sentido se encontró que el consumo de sustancias tiene causas y factores particulares. Algunos autores dinámicos indican que el objeto droga tiene un papel singular en la vida del que la usa y se entiende que la persona no es sólo adicta a una sustancia sino a objetos concretos de los cuales dependerá adictivamente para disminuir el sentimiento de vacío y soledad. Desde esta perspectiva, los pares tienen un lugar influyente debido a que le proporciona al adolescente ciertas identificaciones para representarse en un espacio, tiempo y lugar. |

To do so, we sought to understand addiction by analyzing identification processes, giving rise to three sections: adolescence from a psychodynamic perspective; prevalence of the use and abuse of psychoactive substances in adolescents; and identifications and addictive behaviors. We addressed the way in which these addictive behaviors are closely related to the social environment and identification relationships between peers. In this sense, it was found that substance use has particular causes and factors. Some dynamic authors indicate that the drug object has a unique role in the life of the user and it is understood that the person is not only addicted to a substance but to specific objects on which he or she will depend addictively to reduce the feeling of emptiness and loneliness.
