| Summary: | In the following investigative work, the authors highlighted the importance of the participatory social documentary as a communication strategy for the intervention of road safety and culture, with a qualitative character and an action research approach. Where first, an interview and a test were carried out, to measure the level of appropriation of the subject by the young athletes and the coach, from the small giants soccer school in the city of Montería. Subsequently, 3 workshops were socialized (appropriation of concepts - pre-production and production process - edition), for the development of the DSP. Next, the intervention was carried out by the young athletes for the realization of the audiovisual product and finally the reflection process was carried out by the athletes of the product, through the film forum. In the development of this, it was confirmed that the DSP has the necessary elements to address any issue, thus achieving significant learning of an investigative nature, since those in charge of developing the audiovisual product had a first-hand approach to the problem of affectation. common. In summary, the DSP proved to be an effective tool to develop all kinds of topics, since it allowed young people to be part of the research and elaboration process, thus achieving a social transformation. |
