Prevención de accidentes de trabajo por riesgo eléctrico mediante ludo prevención “adivina qué” en la empresa Synergy Tech S.A.S. en la ciudad de Montería

This degree work is an investigation that addresses the study of electrical risk in the company SYNERGY TECH SAS in the city of Monteria, referring to the golden rules and basic concepts on electrical risk. We collected information through the risk matrix and the pretest technique aimed at the workers, who gave us guidance to carry out the guess what? Dynamic, with which we determined the diagnosis of favorable and unfavorable factors that allowed us to establish specific objectives. After knowing the results of the diagnosis made in the company SYNERGY TECH SAS in the city of Montería, we propose the constant performance of preventive dynamics, since these will allow us to keep our workers up to date with their knowledge, have a different space. from where they allow us to have a change of routine, learn to work as a team and with this we can achieve the best performance of the workers and the productivity of the company. At the end of this report with the respective analysis and interpretation of the results of the research carried out, a series of conclusions and recommendations have been drawn up aimed at the solution and improvement of the company SYNERGY TECH S.A.S in the city of Montería..
