This paper presents an overview of the theories around the concept of "leadership" to take elements that facilitate the understanding and functioning of a good leader, taking into account the perspective of transformational leadership and based on their own actions and experiences as teachers in the development of strategies that facilitate the learning environment as transformational leaders. |
