| Summary: | The main objective of this research work was to design a strategic plan in the E.S.E. Vidasinú, through the analysis of its processes in order to establish action plans and strategies that optimize the provision of health services in the city of Monteria Córdoba. For which, a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory methodology was proposed through the development of a bibliographic and field study through an interview and a survey applied to the senior management of the organization and its users. On the other hand, it was possible to obtain a series of results, among which are the different planning processes developed by the organization, the external factors that generate pressure on it, the perception of users regarding the service provided, and finally, the development of a strategic plan that guarantees the resolution of the problems that were detected in the entity. |
