La recepción, primero, y posteriormente la gestión de la diversidad cultural constituyen, además, una necesidad social. Ante la insuficiencia de los derechos individuales clásicos frente a este desafío, conceptos como el de “derechos de las minorías” se presentan con fuerza como alternativa.
