Summary: | his work proposes a way to intervene, reconfigure and improve a consolidated area in commune 3 of Villavicencio, for which an Urban Renovation Project was proposed in the San Isidro, Santa Inés and Villa Julia neighborhoods, where the importance of city model that you want to follow. The proposal seeks through its approach to improve the urban image and preserve the services offered in this sector to the city, mainly benefiting the inhabitants and merchants of the sector as well as all citizens who make use of the activities of the area. . For this, the urban, social and environmental problems of commune 3 are identified, in the different scales of territorial analysis (macro, meso, micro), in order to propose an urban development project and architectural proposal that contributes to the comprehensive improvement of this depressed business sector. This project is born from this analysis and imposes the implementation of a series of urban strategies that reflect sector regeneration, socioeconomic development, helping to recover public space and improve the spatial conditions of the place. |
