Teniendo en cuenta los resultados de los participantes los cuales fueron 10 cuidadores de la ciudad de Ibagué. El enfoque del estudio fue cuantitativo, el cual es secuencial y probatorio. Se utilizó un diseño descriptivo. Los instrumentos de evaluación utilizados fueron el instrumento para medir la calidad de vida (QOL), Escala de sobrecarga de Zarit, inventario de depresión y ansiedad de Beck.
