TO through a mixed approach, including customer surveys and interviews in in depth, the profile of consumers, their preferences and the effectiveness of the company's digital campaigns. The study identifies strengths, such as quality of comprehensive advice and creativity in the offering of services, and areas of improvement, mainly in the use of digital strategies and post-opening loyalty.
