Finally, this paper proposes an analysis on the difference between the modern European poetry and Neruda’s poetical proposal in Latin America.El presente artículo se pregunta por el dilema de la segunda mitad del siglo XX para el escritor latinoamericano, y para ello retoma a un escritor emblemático, Pablo Neruda. En particular, aborda la cuestión del arte comprometido, una categoría simbólica para el análisis de la obra de Neruda.
