EL TEMA DEL PATRIMONIO CULTURAL INMUEBLE EN LOS PLANES DE ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL DE LOS MUNICIPIOS DE LA PROVINCIA GUANENTINA, EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE SANTANDER – COLOMBIA

El presente artículo es parte del resultado del proyecto de investigación “Seguimiento a la espacialización del Patrimonio Cultural Inmueble en los Planes de Ordenamiento Territorial de los municipios del Departamento de Santander. Caso de Estudio: Municipios de la Provincia Guanentina”, presentado en la V Convocatoria interna de investigación de la Universidad Santo Tomás - Seccional Bucaramanga. Muestra los resultados obtenidos luego de hacer la revisión de los diversos Planes de Ordenamiento y contrastarlos con los requisitos normativos de la legislación vigente en Colombia, conforme a la metodología propuesta dentro del desarrollo del proceso de investigación.ABSTRACTThis article is part of the result of the research project “Monitoring the spatial representation of the Immovable Cultural Heritage in Land Management Plans of the municipalities of Santander Department Study Case: Municipalities of the Province Guanentina”, presented at the V Internal Call research of the University of Santo Tomas - Sectional Bucaramanga. Shows the results obtained after conducting a review of the various Management Plans and contrast with the regulatory requirements of the current legislation in Colombia, according to a methodology proposed in the development of the research process.
