El presente de proyecto de grado consiste en el diseño de un LABORATORIO INTERACTIVO EMPRESARIAL, basado en las necesidades contemporáneas y las probáticas relacionadas a la carencia de actividad empresarial, científica y cultural de la ciudad Tunja. La propuesta arquitectónica responde a algunas condiciones sociales, culturales y medioambientales que drenan la capacidad y el potencial vocacional de del edificio. Se localiza en el costado norte del viaducto de la calle 24, donde se conecta con la facultad de medicina de la UPTC y la glorieta del gobernador para posteriormente llegar la avenida universitaria. El lote colinda con el Departamento de Policía, El Colegio COMFABOY, y el Colegio de Boyacá Sede La Cabaña. Entre la carrera 5ª, la avenida oriental y la vía férrea se encuentra un lote irregular de residencias. La conexión que se pretende realizar va desde la calle 5ª (casco histórico), hasta una zona media, gracias al uso de rampas y desniveles para lograr peatonalizar el casco histórico con la avenida universitaria. Bajo este concepto previo, el diseño consiste en la configuración espacial de plazas y volúmenes herméticos que permiten recorrer y visualizar las actividades que se estarán dando dentro del edificio. El proyecto como tal deberá ofrecer una tentativa de solución a problemas urbanos de movilidad y conectividad urbana entre el centro histórico y eje comercial de la avenida universitaria. |

El proyecto como tal deberá ofrecer una tentativa de solución a problemas urbanos de movilidad y conectividad urbana entre el centro histórico y eje comercial de la avenida universitaria.The current degree project consists of the design of an INTERACTIVE BUSINESS LABORATORY, based on the contemporary and problematic needs related to the care of business, scientific and cultural activity in the city of Tunja. The architectural proposal responds to some social, cultural and environmental conditions that drain the capacity and vocational potential of the building. It is located on the north side of the 24th Street Viaduct, where it connects with the UPTC Faculty of Medicine and the Governor's roundabout and then reaches the University Avenue. The terrain border with the POLICE DEPARTMENT, COMFABOY, SCHOOL, and Boyacá College La Cabaña Headquarters. Between the 5th race, the eastern avenue and the railroad there is an irregular lot of residences. The connection that is intended to be made from 5th street (old town), to a middle area, thanks to the use of ramps and slopes to achieve turbocharging of the old town with the university avenue. Under this previous concept, the design consists of the spatial configuration of squares and hermetic volumes that allow moving and visualizing the activities that can take place within the building.
