Se proyecta el mejoramiento integral del entorno urbano del sector denominado el Embarcadero, en el Municipio de Riosucio se comenzará mejorando la infraestructura urbana del con el fin de permitir la correcta movilización tanto de estudiantes como de la población en general que se ha visto afectada por la mala condición de la infraestructura urbana. Junto a esto se proyecta y se diseña un equipamiento educativo, que supla la necesidad de educación en el municipio teniendo en cuenta varios artículos del Plan de Desarrollo Nacional, se planteara una institución de educación complementaria con un énfasis cultural y étnico, esto con el fin de reducir el déficit educativo y a su vez fortalecer los lasos culturares y étnicos de la población del municipio. Por último y no menos importante se proyectará una solución de vivienda que responda a las condiciones ambientales y climáticas adversas del municipio y que logre otorgar a sus habitantes condiciones dignas de vivienda con los servicios básicos mínimos y las condiciones para el desarrollo humano que asegure posibilidades de crecimiento social y económico. |

Por último y no menos importante se proyectará una solución de vivienda que responda a las condiciones ambientales y climáticas adversas del municipio y que logre otorgar a sus habitantes condiciones dignas de vivienda con los servicios básicos mínimos y las condiciones para el desarrollo humano que asegure posibilidades de crecimiento social y económico.It is projected the comprehensive improvement of the urban environment of the sector called the Embarcadero, in the Municipality of Riosucio will begin improving the urban infrastructure in order to allow the proper mobilization of both students and the general population that has been affected by the poor condition of urban infrastructure. Along with this, an educational facility is planned and designed to meet the need for education in the municipality, taking into account several articles of the National Development Plan. A complementary educational institution with a cultural and ethnic emphasis will be proposed in order to reduce the educational deficit and at the same time strengthen the cultural and ethnic populations of the municipality.
