Summary:This research answers the question is the right to reset by IPC, it is appropriate to apply in accordance with the principle of oscillation to active officers and NCOs of the Armed Forces? To answer the question a study of emergency regime and constitutional basis was made, as analyzed on the concept of adjustment by IPC to retirement allowances and pensions of the Armed Forces, the principle of oscillation is studied and finally the present investigation seeks to make some approximations to the wage problems afflicting the military activity, since it is unfair to all lights, active military accrues unless your couple enjoying retirement allowance or pension.
