Where The intervention of the physiotherapist is very important to improve the state of health, the management of the pain, the complications due to the prolonged rest, the infections and the acute respiratory insufficiency; Especially in people with chronic diseases such as cancer patients, who struggle with their own disease that may be at risk of progressing and may be accompanied by comorbidities associated with their neoplasm or associated comorbidities such as sepsis that may require treatment in a care unit intensive (ICU). Objective: the objective is to explore the available evidence on physiotherapeutic intervention in the patient admitted to an intensive care unit diagnosed with cancer and sepsis. Methodology: a bibliographic search was carried out through the electronic databases (PubMed, Google Scholar, Medline, PEDro, ScienceDirect and Scielo).
