Técnicas utilizadas en la gestión de interesados en la planeación y seguimiento de proyectos en organizaciones de Cali - Colombia

This research is part of the project: "Implementation of management techniques in the areas of project management in organizations" of Professor Ronald Rojas Alvarado in the Integral Project Management Specialization from Industrial Engineering Program at the University of San Buenaventura Cali. The purpose of this research is the analysis of the tools for managing stakeholders in the planning and monitoring of projects. The methodology used was a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional non-experimental design. The data collection was performed through the generation of a base of digital and physical data; the information was obtained through digital documents and information available on the network. On the other side was taken as base last grade project "stakeholder management tools used in the planning stages and project control." After the data collection was conducted a survey to learn about the tools used by professionals in projects of the city of Cali. Finally, the survey responses were analyzed and the respective findings were obtained.
