Los beneficios de la cooperación son incuestionables, este comportamiento provee estrategias que facilitan la adaptación y constituyen el núcleo de las dinámicas organizacionales actuales. Si bien la cooperación tiene su raíz en la evolución humana como un comportamiento que favoreció la supervivencia, la transformación de los roles sociales sugiere leer la fuerza de la cooperación más allá del altruismo reciproco.Cooperation, which is defined in a general way as a behavior that involves a benefit for others, is a phenomenon widespread in nature without being exclusive of humans. Cooperation advantages are unquestionable; this behavior provides strategies that facilitate adaptation and constitute the main aspect of the current organizational dynamics.
