Therefore, it is important to understand the situations in which the current practice of the Requirements Engineering –RE– does not work properly. This document presents the results of a research about RE practices. The research was conducted through a web survey and was focused on the techniques of requirements elicitation and representation techniques of requirements used by those polled. Although the main result is a report on the state of the art of Requirements Engineering for those polled, it is also probable that can be reflected the RE’s state of the art worldwide.

Este documento presenta los resultados de una investigación acerca de las prácticas de IR. Se realizó a través de encuesta web y se focalizó en las técnicas de elicitación de requisitos y en las técnicas de representación de requisitos que los encuestados utilizan.
