La ejecución interna de las medidas cautelares decretadas por la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos

This article presents the discussion about the absence in the interAmerican system of human rights protection, a suitable mechanism that is intended to secure compliance with the precautionary measures issued by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. Faced with this deficiency, we analyzed the possibility that the order can be achieved Colombia’s internal implementation and enforcement of the injunction by establishing a guardianship action, considered as the ideal mechanism to achieve effective compliance with the injunction and as adequate remedy for protection of the human right is being threatened or violated by the State.
