| Summary: | The following article pretends to explore why the relationship between the States –family post-modernity appears to be a problem that should be reflex on. For that, it’s necessary to go over the different disciplinary speeches as social, juridical and especially psychoanalysis speeches; that start with the exploration of Oedipal Theory, discomfort of the culture among others, subjectivity construction and filiation process that are established from the familiar context to the cultural political. According to that, the kids notion is question as a subject of rights, as is established in the childhood and adolescence code. Finally, it´s set how the States is recognizing the must do of the family in the education of their child. |
