This article presents a method to perform audits of quality management systems. The method of evaluation of audits is supported on a system based on knowledge SBC, which was designed using the CommonKads methodology, and in the process of development of the method evaluates the application of the technical rule Colombian NTC - ISO 9001:2008, adopted from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Integrate processes of a quality management system (QMS), the evaluation's findings for an audit, and characteristics of SBC knowledge-based system. |
